Platten Haus

Platten Haus is a Berlin industrial design studio producing furniture, lighting, electronic devices and interiors. It was founded by Felix Taylor in 2022.

The studio’s work sits between the history of design and the conditions of the present. It treats how things are made and how they are used as one question, and answers it with current materials and processes. Ornament has a place in the work, drawn from construction rather than applied to it.

The studio takes commissions and offers design and production services.
