Returns and Exchanges

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

In addition to this, unworn items purchased online may be returned provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods within 14 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Returns sent without prior notification and authorization may not be accepted. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. The tracking number must be provided after shipment; otherwise, the return cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for retaining proof of shipment until the return has been received.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

A handling fee of 40€ will be deducted from the refund. For orders under 50€, a handling fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted instead.

If you choose to purchase another item within one week of the return, the handling fee may be credited toward the new order.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Exclusions

Items that are made to order, customised, or produced as part of a design project are excluded from the right of return and are non-refundable.
