Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Our default shipping method is DHL (Deutsche Post), including tracking and basic insurance.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at mail@platten.haus. We can arrange faster delivery via DHL Express or FedEx and will invoice the additional shipping costs accordingly.

You may also provide your own carrier account number, in which case we will prepare the shipment using your specified carrier.

Shipping fees listed on the website are based on standard parcel sizes and typical product dimensions. For larger items, custom pieces, or orders that exceed standard shipping parameters, please contact us for an individual shipping quote.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer, subject to applicable law.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, and delays beyond our control.
